Does installation always take 30 minutes?

Approximately 30 minutes is MEWANT’s estimate for the optimized cover. Experience, preparation and wheel configuration affect actual installation time. The estimate does not automatically apply to other MEWANT covers.

How is the 80% installation-time saving calculated?

The comparison uses a previous-version average of 150 minutes and an optimized-version estimate of 30 minutes. The 120-minute reduction is 80% of 150 minutes.

Do I remove the original steering-wheel leather?

No. This cover is fitted over the original steering-wheel covering. Follow the instructions supplied with the exact cover you select.

Does the cover add heating or cooling?

No. It does not add either feature. Compatibility applies only where your vehicle has the relevant equipment and the selected cover is suitable.

Is this a complete replacement steering wheel?

No. This product is a steering-wheel cover. The steering-wheel frame, buttons and airbag are not included.
