REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. All items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging. If your item has a quality or fitment issue, please take clear photos and contact us to initiate a return or exchange.
We also provide an 18-month warranty for quality-related issues. During this period, if your item becomes defective, we offer a free replacement. Simply provide photos and your order number to begin the process.
1. SUBMIT A REQUEST
Send an email to info@mewantcover.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (especially for quality or fitment concerns).
2. RECEIVE OUR REPLY
You will receive a response confirming your eligibility for a return, exchange, or warranty claim, along with the return shipping address and next steps.
3. SHIP THE ITEM
If a return is required, please ship the item and provide us with the tracking number. Returned items must be in unused condition, with all original parts and packaging.
4. RECEIVE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 72 hours or dispatch a replacement as requested.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
If you're not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it, we accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new and unused condition.
International shipping costs are paid by the customer. A valid tracking number must be provided after shipment. Exchanges are not accepted for products that have been installed, modified, or had adhesive tape applied.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
In the rare event that your product is delivered damaged or defective, please let us know so we can process a replacement immediately at no additional cost.
Please do not attempt to install a damaged part and settle for less than what you paid for. International shipping costs are paid by the customer.
