Do i need to remove the original leather of the steering wheel ?
No, you needn't, if you do, the steering wheel cover will not fit the steering wheel prefectly.
How to customize the steering wheel cover？
If need customize, please tell us what material you want by Letter ABCDE. The material options including: PU leather, Real genuine leather, suede, carbon fiber, alcantara.

How do i know if this cover is suitable for my steering wheel ?
Because of the car model names are different in each countries, so the car models we offer are only a reference. Please check the original steering wheel photo, make sure it's same with your steering wheel. If you not sure, please contact us.
How long is the product warranty period?
All items have 24 months warranty, if you have any question please contact us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically it takes 11-15 days to receive your order. If you want it faster, you can choose express which will take 5-7 days. We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.

What I can find in my parcel?
You could find a piece of steering wheel cover, a piece of installation manual, and a set of installation kit which includes two rolls of sewing threads, a stitching needle, a small plastic blade for trim tucking, a double-sided adhesive tape, and a thimble.
Will a universal steering wheel cover fit my car?
It is suitable for 12 o'clock circumference from 100-116.5mm. As we test, it can fit most cars.
My sewing skills are not good, and I have cut the sewing thread several times to adjust the steering wheel cover. Is it possible to run out of sewing thread?
No worry. There are two rolls of sewing thread in each package, which are enough for sewing two sets of steering wheel covers.
How long does it take to sew a steering wheel cover on my car?
For a new beginner, the whole sewing process usually takes 2-3 hours. The sewing process is not too difficult to finish, and the key is patience. You can check our official YouTube channel and the attached installation manual for reference.
If I found the product damaged or broken when I opened the package, what should I do?
First of all, please let us highlight that our products will be inspected over three times(two times in the production process and at least one time in the packaging process) before dispatching. Therefore, the possibility of damaged or broken products is close to zero.
If you found the product damaged or broken when opening, please feel free to contact us immediately. We will arrange a remake product or refund after checking.
